2005 BX 23 HELP

OK so i have this tractor since new. Last year tractor started to shutter under load as if brake was on. I posted here and everyone said to check fuel and hyd oil system.So I did all that over the year and its just getting worst. Today is wont even push the slightest bit of snow and if I rev engine it wont even move. Like as if I put in neutral. If I lower throttle it will move but barely. I changed both fuel filters, blew out fuel line to tank. Changed hydro oil and filter, cleaned screen. Found nothing dirty or clogged. HELP... what could it be?

Does it seem to you a engine problem or a trans problem?

It seems like a trans problem. Motor runs fine and never smokes or dies down at all. Sounds like a pressure relieve valve or something going on in trans. Its the noise I would get when in High gear trying to move a load. Now it does it all the time even in low.
