Here's the service maintenance schedule for my B3030. Should be the same for the 2650.
400 hours is considered a major one. 300 is another major for oil/filter changes in the HST and oil in the axle. I'd see if there is documentation showing what maintenance has been done on it.

You could trade the mower in towards a loader or other implement at the dealer. Then you don't have to worry about selling it yourself.
