2013 CK20s HST chirp when pressing accelerator

Yah, I think that you’ve got it figured out. I run my CK30HST at 2000 rpm for most of the time, which isn’t quite at 540 pto, but turn it up to the proper rpms to get 540 pto when using a pto implement.

My 2011 CK20S will make a 'chirp' the first time I press the forward/reverse pedal after changing from hi to low range or vice versa. That is the only time I hear it.

Is this at low RPMs or does it do it regardless? Since this post I’ve put on 5 hours or so moving rocks at 2kish RPMs and the chirp isn’t there. Since a few others posted I attributed it to potentially the neutral valves but been happy with the answers.

It happens at any rpm. Barely noticeable going from hi to lo but a little louder going from lo to high.
