The is an "eHydro" machine, and if there are no PTO's running you can get off the seat with the engine running and selector in gear without bypassing anything.
JD has a way to run the rear PTO off-seat, the procedure is in the owners manual.
The get off the machine with the mid-PTO running will require the seat switch to be bypassed, but I personally see no reason why you'd want to leave the seat in that case-but thats just me.
