2305 won't turn over w/ new battery

ok so you took all that time to write all that internet mass hysteria. Next time take the time and test things before you throw money out the window changing parts that aren't bad. You could have easily diagnosed it wasn't the battery if you had tried to jump it. But you read on the internet that 2305 batteries are bad so you said " I guess its time for a new battery.

we've all been there and done that.....we learn as we go along.....besides I believe everything I read on the internet....doesn't everyone..?......I'm a French model.......:laughing:

I didn't spend a dime, let alone throw money out the window.

Jumping a tractor isn't always easy - much less than 1/4 of my property is accessible by 4WD. I don't have a 2nd tractor.

And I didn't write that "mass hysteria", other people did. What *I* did was take the time to read about other people's experiences with nonstarting 2305s, and more than 1/2 who have taken the time to share have had early battery failures. So yes, since I read on the internet that 2305 batteries are bad, I followed the most likely path first.
