I was gone on vacation and the 2320 sat for about 2 weeks without being used and when I went to start the tractor it turn over for almost 30 seconds before it started. My old Kubota never did anything like this.

I'm not sure if I needed to do something different. I waited for the glow plug light to go out. Is there anytrhing else I should have done.

Does it still take longer now? Or was it just the first time after vacation?

My 2305 (And my old 3320) had sat for a month or more at times and always started right up.

Any chance the fuel lines were dry? Once after transport I didn't turn the fuel petcock on and cranked it for a couple of seconds before I realized it. Once I turned it on it took forever for the engine to prime and start. They are auto-bleed, but there is still a manual 'prime' button near the fuel filter/shutoff that I think bleeds the air out.
