I get about 140 inches of annual snowfall each year and some years 240 inches as shown in the picture, this is a walking path around our house for the wife in the winter, her greenhouse is to the right.
I have added some 0.125 thick aluminum diamond plate (free) about 18 inches high to the MF Snowblower to stop the Snowblowers vertical carved snow banks from falling off behind the Snowblower.
Last year was the first year that I used my MF Dozer Blade all winter long (what a challenge), only to gain a lot of user experience with the Dozer Blade during a normal year of snowfall.
I do not think it is much of a issue to swap out the Snowblower and Quick Hitch to the Front End Loader and back as long as you have a warm and dry area to do the swapping.

B.T.W. The Snowblower wins the snowfall war easily, with the Dozer Blade coming in second, followed by the Front End Loader, and at the very bottom of the list in last place is the snow shovel.
