23x8.5-12 are getting worn mostly from past owner, found 2 brand new in white. Seem to be both right side wheels? Does this matter or should I remove tire and turn it around?
Guy is asking 200 for both.
1st photo show treads going same way on both showing inside of rims.
????, I think this price is right! But should I change the one or not? The tag on mine does show "L" and "R" on label on each.

You will get better traction going forward with the tread pointing the “normal” way.

I have seen people put the front tires on backwards for loader work in softer ground since this provides better traction backing with a load in the bucket.

Normally both tires face same direction but running one each way won’t hurt nothing but the looks.

Just thought, What if I put them on backwards would it widen the stance in front?

Yes you can change the rims to be either narrow or wide stance. If you a mid mount mower the tires might hit the deck in the wider stance though.

Just got these brand new wheels and tires, guy said he had 2 sets and thinks they were lefts and rights now that I pointed out to him, so he sold the other set as 2 lefts,,,daaaaaa! I'm thinking, since I have 2 rights, put left on backwards and right on regular just for proper direction? Will that hurt anything? I do not have mower deck. Is it bad to have a little wider on one side and not the other?
I guess, is it that important for them to be directional I would like a wider stance.

I have R1 ag tires so rims are different than R4. Can you measure the offset difference on those rims? On my R1 there is a significant dish or difference in offset.

Either will fit, like R4 little wider tire but yes need R4 rims too can't use R1 wheels with R4 tires vise versa
