2538 Oil leak not an oil leak

My 2538 was puking a bit of oil when sitting or running or basically existing.

I had a bunch of chores to do with it, so I couldn't troubleshoot. So I just kept feeding a bit of oil in every couple hours.

When I finally had time to trace down the leak, it was not a leak, really. The oil filter had semi unspun and was weeping around the oring. I have never had a filter back off like this on any vehicle, ever. Weird. Tightened it back up and all is well.

Make sure if you are the one changing the oil filter, always put some oil on that rubber gasket then snug it up.
