Backhoe 2615 Backhoe question

I have a 2615 TLB. I am pleased to say I would definitely buy it allover again.

Dealer support has been great.

My question is this.... Is there anyway to control the speed or sensitivity of the backhoe controls other than the throttle on the tractor engine?

I've monitored this website for a couple of years now and I will say that the Mahindra reviews from this website played a major role in my selection of a tractor.
