273 broken frame

I don't think it has anything to do with capacity,as mine won't pick the back tires up when attempting to lift. it just twistsout of shape when moving a load.if it picks up it should carry the load.don't put hyds stronger than machine!
Our 5 year warranty covers frame damage for up to 3 years, after the first 3 years it's purely power train. I apologize for the issues you've been having, I would suggest to follow in the posters footsteps and weld a sub-frame connection if you plan on doing heavy lifting with your FEL. Also refer to the loader specifications sheet on our website in order to get information on loader lifting capacities etc.
Thank you for being a valued TYM customer!

I agree with you entirely and I apologize that you have been having these issues. However, as this is an older model we are speaking of, we have corrected several issues with the frame work in the tier 3 and tier 4 line-ups. Our quality of equipment and parts are two of our main priorities. As we grow as a company in the United States market, we also adapt to the needs and requirements of our users.

The 2x2 makes a 90 and is welded between the four bolts that hold the ROPS bar to the bottom the axel. Same on both sides of the tractor. Also not pictured is 1/2" thick steel between both sides connecting them together. Still have room to get to the hydro filter.

I have a new t293.. production date 8/2013 and my hood popped open when going slow over uneven ground.... adjusted the hood latch and it is better... but still pops open and clearly is the frame flexing. and that is without any load in the bucket. I have checked all mounting bolts and the tractor has only 29hrs on it.

Hard to believe the frame has had any significant change to still flex that much...
I sure hope I did not buy a toy.

There are various posts on the hood and frame flexing issue. I personally solved the hood issue by welding a washer on the hood side of the latch near the circle and it has worked flawless. The 293 is not a toy but it is a rather capable machine once you get past the minor annoyances. I would say though that for a machine with a production date of 8/2013 they should not still have the hood issue that has existed for YEARS now.

Can you post a picture of this?
