For 5 years I have owned a 2840 with S4L Mitsubishi motor. I have no manual. My son took off starter to have it rebuilt and replaced stolinoid. I have looked on net but without luck. I need a photo emailed (tvenble@4jranch.net) of where/which wires connect to the solinoid. Thanks JTerryV

You should of posted this in the Mitsubishi compact section. We can point you to all the FREE manuals. This parts/repair section is very limited for that kind of info.

Is the 2840 a D2840 or an S2840 or a MT2840, That is extremely important to know as well. There are other additional manuals that are more explicit.

As your can see below, there is a 1st generation engine S4L and a 2nd gen of S4L2.
