I will print that number and get the "new and improved" filter for the 50 Hour change.


By the way, There were no further repeats of the HST filter problem. But then again, my local dealer's mechanic recommended that the tractor be run with the clutch peddle down and "hooked" for the warmup period. I will also be following in the footsteps of some of you out there and going synthetic on the hydro oil at 50 hours for the low temp performance as well as the rest of the documented benefits.

Just want to prepare you for the new price tag on the new filter... right around $50. The old one was around $30. Looking at the old and new side by side there is very noticable differences such as the machining and inset seal. Should prevent any more problems with the seal blowing out. I was a bit shocked at the price but it is one heck of a filter.
