Well I havent posted for a long time.I traded my 2810 in for a 6000.The tractor has been awesome but its way to much tractor for me-and to big for my property.So now im tradeing the 6000 in on a 3510.From what ive read about the 3510 here I hope this is the final trade in.Has any one put an after market seat on the 3510.

Whoaa! The 6000 is a lot of tractor though! Which dealer did you get it them thru??? Let us know when you get the 3510. BobG in VA

Have you sat on a 3510 ? I thought their seats were very comportable. they adjust for weight & tilt on the side.
I spent 4 hrs. on a 4110 yesterday, and it felt great, (same seat) as the 3510.

If the 2810 was too small and the 6000 was too big you may want to look at the 4110, it should be just right. It is a little bigger than the 3510 (more HP and bigger tires but basically the same everywhere else).

I bought the 6000 from s and s farm machinery in corriganville,MD they were the cheapest in price and gave the most towards a trade in.I have not sat on the 3510 but it seems to be about the size i need.In order to get the 4110 ill have to wait up too 2 months.Ive had the 6000 for eight months and have only put 34 hr on it.My 2810 after thirteen months had 500 hr on it.I hate to admite my wife was right but the 6000 is a beast!

cjw, Just curious, since I am still in decision mode, what made the 2810 to small for your operation, engine HP, PTO HP, lift capacity? Or something else?

cjw, if the 2810 was too small how is the 3510 about the size you need? There really isn't that much difference in the size of the 2810 and the 3510. They use a lot of the same implements. When you go up to the 4110 you get that boost by crossing the 30 PTO hp threshold and can use a 6' bush hog and other stuff that requires 30 PTO hp.

I know very little about the Mahindras but if'n it were me I'd take a tad bit more time on the getting the size issue right and even wait the the two months if necessary to get the correct tractor. I'd rather have the right size tractor for my needs and when the urge strikes pick up a new implement than to be constantly trading tractors. In any event good luck and and enjoy your new machine.

The 2810 is a great machine.I needed a bigger tractor to put up fence.The soil here in Winchester has a lot of shale and rock,so i bought the best post hole digger i could find.Ibought a bush hog 2103 with a down pressure kit needles to say it wouldent fit on the 2810 not enough ground clearence.So i jumped up tractor size.Im not so sure i need the 4110 im not farming its a glorfied lawn tractor.I would have been happy to keep the 2810 but by not wanting to buy a cheap phd that would take all day to get anywhere i chose the new tractor.I like the idea of more hp but cost is involved to the 4110 costs 19475 and the 3510 is 17975 of corse the 6000 was 22070 but im going to be happy to get out of that payment.

have you looked at the massey ferguson gc2300? i test drove it the other day,, its so quiet. they come with a 60" mmm. i didnt get to look at mahindra 2015 because my dealer wont stock one. that guy wants to sell that little massey bad, nobody wants it. its 4wd hst, $7900 + $1700 for mmm.
