The lever to raise and lower my bushhog or box blade keeps drooping down/forward instead of staying in one position, thereby causing the implement to go lower than I want it to because of whatever weight is attached to the three point hitch.

How do I adjust the lever so I don't literally have to hold it? Is there an adjustment screw? Is it tied to the PTO turn handle under the seat?

Thanks in advance!

I had the same issue with an L3400HST, but found out tightening the nut wasn't the issue. Instead, the lack of friction was due to a broken washer. If your L2650 is similar to my L3400, you can see my post Replacing Friction Plate Feed Back earlier and in the attached PDF file you will need to loosen part # 90, tighten 80 to your taste, and then tighten 90 back up.

Interesting. Mine doesn't quite look like the same design but it was worth a look for sure. Thanks for the reply!

I'm open to any suggestions.
