My kioti often drops slowly when I trav erse down the rod, and it's bumpy. Since the first time when I am driving any distance I always lift up on the draft control lever. That has always stopped it for me. ??
Mine never did before I installed my second set of valves. Did you by any chance have the dealer install a second set of valves before you took delivery ?

The ancient Kubota B7200 that I use as a snow blower has a CHAIN that is meant to be used to tie up the lift during transport.

Might be a good idea ,...even today, In these modern times and expectations.

OR - just close down the 3-point speed valve; located under the seat when you want to "go" with heavy items on the 3-point. The leakage is internal, it's slow - your aren't loosing any hydraulic fluid.

I bought the OEM kit from Kioti which basically allows to install an extra double acting valve assembly. My tractor came with one set of valves in the back. The installation involved taking off the valve cover from the OEM valve assembly, install longer bolts, and add a second double acting assembly (#1 in the schematic below) next to it. It is positioned just under the driver's seat, to the right. I attached the installation instructions that came with the manual as a pdf file. Slide 1 provides a quick overview of the system. Here's a screenshot, further details attached :

I can't see how just installing the remotes would affect the 3 pt hitch. It's pretty much a "fool" proof system, unless some trash got in and got stuck in the 3 pt valve (MLS valve) and it's causing the issues.

I can see the end round cap, could go two ways. Is it installed the right way? I think if installed the wrong way, you would have other issues.

Mr. PTSG is a great source of knowledge...he's helped guide me out of the wilderness in the past!

You sound like you're hands-on. Wondering if there is an easy way to return it to the original configuration removing the added valve. Then test if the symptoms clear?

Are you able to dissamble the valve spool to observe if there is anything foreign or a nick on the internal seals?

Indeed, I have to disassemble some stuff to get to the bottom of this. To be transparent, I've had Porsches and Ducatis with 'engine out' procedures in my shop, but I'm new to hydraulics. This is a wonderful community to learn a new skill set.

I had a bucket which bled down and fixed it by changing the transmission oil. Had water in the oil.

This happens occasionally on my 1532 MF. The lever that controls the 3pt position pivots on a shaft and is sandwiched between 2 fiber friction washers. The shaft is threaded and has a pair of nuts locked together These do wear and need to be readjusted to hold the lever in the desired position.

If the hydraulics didn't drop before you fitted the additional slice(extra outlet) the problem could be in the additional slice. Some additional slices have a grub screw in them that either has to be either removed or shifted to another hole, this controls the oil flow, power beyond or return to tank.
