I have a Howard HR4 Rotavator that I have used for several years now with my B-7500. We till about 3 acres here with it yearly and it certainly does a good job for me. I would make sure the tiller can be offset to cover one tire track. I also do a few neighbors gardens and find the smaller tractor is great for getting around in tight areas.
If you are doing new soil areas it will take longer and more passes, but the 7510 will do the job for you. With me speed is not an important issue so I normally will be tilling in low range 2nd gear.
No matter what tiller you buy just make sure you can get replacement parts for it. I have bulked up on tines and bolts/nuts/washers for mine as they are a order only part around here.
And yes I plan on replacing one or two tines yearly with all of the rocks we have here in New Hampshire.
