3 point troubles

I have a kubota L295DT with loader, just recently i was rottertilling and when i was finished i went to lift the implement but it wouldn't raise. after trying a few times i noticed the top adjustable bar pin had come out half way and jammed it from moving up. Ok now thats the story and here is the symptoms. the 3 point won't lift unless at high idle and it won't lift my weight (230lbs). i added fluids and that did nothing. the loader and pto work fine can anyone tell me what i broke and how to fix it. thanks

Have you changed the filter? If this has a filter like the L245 it could be that simple.

Is there knob/valve of some sort lets hyd. fluid follow to 3pth might of turn off/half way open...knob/handle on some models can be found under seat area.
