I have an L2600 DT tractor and would like to hook up a 3 point log splitter to the loader hydraulics, Does anyone know if this will work? My idea is to run two lines to the loader spool and operate the splitter using the loader joy stick. Any ideas/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks. BTW - does anyone know if it is possible to add a hydraulic remote to this particular tractor?

Sounds like it should work. However, it also sounds like there would be either a lot of climbing on and off the tractor for a one-person operation. There are some safety issues about operating tractor hydraulics by standing beside the tractor. You can't necessarily see what you're working on, and there's the chance of bumping the 3ph lever, gearshift, HST pedal etc. There’s also safety issues about two-person operations that involve tractor hydraulics.
