3 pt stabilzer connection

I have a Kubota BH90 backhoe with mounting brackets which look to be in the way to connect the 3 Pt stabalizer assembly. Has anyone worked out a way where they can have the 3 point linkages/stabilizers in place without taking off the backhoe brackets?

I connect my 3 point equipment and have a BH-90. You have to watch how far left or right the arm swings and put the pins in the right holes in order to keep the stabilizer from hitting the brackets. I have left them swinging freely after disconnecting the RFM, and lifted the 3 point! The stabilizer bent when it hit the BH-90 mounts. Now I always put the pins back in so that never happens again.

Great pictures to show how you have the arms/stabilizers connected. It didn't look like there was going to be clearance, and was forced to imagine since the pins used to mount the arms and stabilizer's weren't included in the shipment. So much for my imagination /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif

You said you "always put the pins back in" - which pins are you referring to? Are you referring to the pins used to change the length of stabilizer bar assembly)?

I was referring to the pin with the chain on it. Without it, the stabilizer swings freely left to right. As you can see, I have nothing connected to the three point, yet the pins are inserted to stop me from bending the stabilizer arm. If the pins are not inserted, your stabilizer can get caught under the BH-90 mount, and the moment you lift the three point you hear bending metal!
