Hey all
I'm thinking of trying to kitbash the front fenders for the 3000 series onto my 2520. Bare tires sure make a muddy mess of the tractor, not to mention the wet grass piling up on the MMM.
I was considering using a utility trailer fender which I still may do,but I'd rather use genuine JD,if the mod wouldn't be too involved. The 3320 uses a 25-8.50 x14,while the 2520 uses a 23-8.50 x12 for R4's. Hopefully, the fender would still look decent over a 12" wheel.

I would appreciate anyone with a 3320 willing to post a few pics of their fronts with the fenders.Especially how they are attached. I looked on JD parts, and there seems to be quite a few pieces to the brackets.

Any comments or suggestions would be appreciated.:)

This would be interesting to see....Although I have not seen many front fender kits on here.

We have a set of front fenders for our 4520. I know the brackets that bolt down to the axle have to be the perfect size because they do a partial wrap around the top and bottom of the axle so they fit snug with no play. You could probably get by with some fabrication though.

I'm not even sure if front fenders are an option in the US or North American market. Pretty common in Europe though...

Yes, they are a option in the US, code LVB25686 and sells for about +/- $400.00

Looks exactly like the front fenders on my 3720 except I replaced the 9A and 10A parts with bolt and nut to provide a good tight fit (eliminate wobble).

I should have known better, than to think they would be reasonably priced!
If I just got the plastic fender and nothing else, they would run me 130 beaners!
I think I will look into using the utility trailer fenders.I've already Googled them and they can be had in plastic. Quite a bit cheaper too.:)
I don't know what the fender mount on the front axle of a 3000 series looks like, but I'm guessin' it will be like comparing day and night as far as what a 2520 mount will end up looking like. I'm confident that it still can be done.
