Price Check 3203 pricing

Receive a quote from a local dealer for $17.3k for the 3203 with FEL and LX5. This seemed like the deal for me. After researching this price I have found it for $500 less, but have already made a semi commitment to the first dealer. Both are less than 50 miles from me.

Any opinions on this pricing. I have three acres of pretty flat but rough land in the Fort Worth TX area.

Did the tractor have any options such as grill guard, forward work light, rear work light, iMatch, loaded tires, weight box / ballast, etc.?

Which bucket did the dealer quote you?

Have you got a price on a 3320 with 300CX FEL and LX5? If you plan on doing any heavy dirt work or heavy lifting with the FEL, then you should seriously consider the 3320 with 300CX and HD Bucket. See the attached comparison of the 300 to the 300CX. The 300 is the only option on the 3203.

Without knowing any details, the list price on the tractor and loader should be around $19,300, not including LX5. If you are getting more than 10% off of list price, then you are doing OK.

Jerry, Ag-Power in McKinney is running a "State Fair" special on the 3203 with the 300 FEL, an LX5 rotary cutter, and a 16 ft (5000# GVWR) trailer for $17,995. They have a booth at the State Fair, or you can drop by the dealership (just west of McKinney on Hwy 380). The trailer doesn't have brakes, but the salesman at the dealership said they would add them to the package for another $500.

I was pretty well sold on the 3320 before this deal came up - now I'm having to re-think it.

Also - for your size acreage, you might want to consider the 2305 instead. It would be a lot more maneuverable, and save you a bunch of money. They have a package for the fair that includes the 2305, 200X FEL, LX4 rotary cutter, and the same 16 ft trailer for $14,225.

By the way, I bought a JD LX-178 from this dealer more 10 years ago, and they've been good about maintenance, parts, and "giving advice over the phone" ever since. I would definitely buy from them again.

I got the 3203 for $16750 with the 300 FEL and the LX5 mower. All equipment was standard(hood guard, bucket). Couldn't justify the price jump to the 20 series. I think the tractor will do what I need it to do. The LX5 mower came with the front and rear chains, but didn't have the laminated tire. Also I got free delivery(about 25 miles).

Overall almost a 20% discount from list. I don't know list price on the LX5 so I'm not sure what the discount was on it.
