3520 Arrived!!!

8 weeks to wait was a long time but the fun begins! I have heeded the advice of others on this forum and included the picture of me with the serious-time-for-work face so that the wife will no way think that I might enjoy the seat time to come. I'll have lots of questions for you all but for now I only have .5hr seat time and have to get back to it.

Congrats Deputy11 looks really nice although they said my tractor is in but still waiting on the loader and 54D to come, the dealer said it will be no longer than another 2weeks we shall see....

Congratulations on a great new machine and nice man cave to play in as well. If I can suggest, especially if you don't have the MMM - swap all the wheels to the "wide" position and your ride will feel a lot more stable.

Got her a little dusty today smoothing out the drive. Did trade in the 4100, loader, and MMM. Tires came set to the widest. Should work perfect for the JD LX5 rotary mower I already had. The 4100 would handle that mower but made her grunt in the thickest weeds and had to have loader on the front for ballast. It is one quiet ride, don't need to turn the radio up too loud to enjoy tunes. Everything (controls) are a little tight but guess will loosen up with use. Enjoyed the 4100 but sure was nice being out of the wind and dust today. Thanks to all for your congrats!

5083E w/563nsl replacing our 2350 w/542nsl My dealer said early to mid April. I guess we will see.

Steve, Rear tires came from dealer at 20psi which is at the upper range (25 top number) Think I might go down to 15 to see if the ride smoothes out some. Will be putting on a 60" rotary mower so don't want to go down too far. That is, when the snow drifts have melted. Strange to see 4 foot drifts in places while it is 60 degrees outside. Getting smaller everyday though! Getting calls for garden tilling already, earliest ever. The long cold winter must have people itching to get going.

Nice looking tractor. There ought to be a law against well organized shops with room to spare. It just isn't right !
I wear the same light weight jackets with the thin styro lining. They are very warm and not bulky.

Really nice looking (and I'm thinking running) tractor. I gave a lot of thought to getting the cab when I bought my 3520 but I'm too old to get used to the hyrdostat drive.

Unlike you (who was nicely protected from the wind and enjoying the radio), I was out today in the sun, wind and blowing dirt. I guess that is the price I have to pay for being old school.

Hope you enjoy that tractor as much as we enjoy your photos. And like others have said - great looking home for the machine.
