The 485 (and 375) works with the 3x20 series machines, it has a rear mount. The 2x20 series runs a subframe and uses the 46 BH. If you get the 2010, 485 BH with an 18" bucket you can get God's gift to BH's..... the thumb! (thanks AK)

The mid PTO is a good option an you should think about it if you're getting a new machine (actually I did!). It works for the MMM and the snow blower. Although I'm not a big fan of the MMM. You never know when you want to stick something out the front like a DIY implement.

Right about TBN, my dealer asks me questions!

Pwallace,
I asked a tech question on the Deere sight, I got the same response.

I asked what is the exact height of the 3320 with small and large R4 tires and which is more stable.

I sent them another email telling them if my dealer knew I wouldn't be asking. Then I asked if anyone down there had a ruler seeing as I was plopping down 30 some odd grand and that it was in their best interest to give me an answer or maybe they rather I didn't bother them and go to another tractor company.... I got a detailed response... I guess they found their ruler.

On March 30th, I ordered a 3520 w/ cab, 300CX loader, 72" MMM, and a couple little extra features. I first spec'd it out on JD's website, then contacted 4 different dealers w/ the same spec's. I received price quotes ranging from 11% to 18+% under retail.

Oh, I'm finally taking delivery on Monday. They were apparently in no rush to build and sell the tractor. First time I've ever ordered one.....and the last. Next one will be on the lot and available......this has not been an enjoyable wait.:confused2:

Ordered mine around the middle of May, gave me a July 22 delivery date.... I've stopped feeding the dog, poured gasoline on the garden and the wife and kids are tied up in the basement.

I spoke to the 'little lady' last week when I brought down the bread and water and she said the dog and family are all rooting for it to get here soon too!

My BH is in at the dealer and I go sit on it Sundays, I like playing with the controls but there must be something wrong because it's not digging very deep at all!

I feel your pain:mur:

I ordered on March 30th, was given a delivery date of May 5th or sooner.

Tractor arrived on May 17th without any attachments. It sat at the dealers for 2 weeks before the loader showed up (without the skidsteer carrier), sat another 2 weeks before the MMM showed up without the mounts.

As of this past Friday, everything is ready except for the skidsteer carrier. The dealer is loaning me a standard bucket until the carrier comes in for my bucket.

The worst part of the whole deal was that the dealer could never give me any info on the status of any of the attachments. It wasn't until I had a confrence call with the dealer and John Deere that things started looking up.

What an experience:smiley_aafz:
