3520 Serial # / Year cross reference

Hi there. I am new to the John Deere world and have just purchased my first compact utility tractor - a 3520. I was wondering if anyone could help me find out the year and other info by the serial number. I have looked everywhere for cross reference charts but keep coming up empty handed. The # is LV3520H512267. Thank you and thanks for a great forum and resource!

Contact your Deere dealer with the s/n, and they should be able to trace down the year it was built.
They can get the records of anything done at a Dealer in its past history.

And for a public forum, I'd xxx out the last three digits just to be safe. Scumballs have ways to post pics and a legit s/n on sales lists to sell your tractor but they keep the money.

Likely a 2008 or 2009 according to this: Serial Number Guide

It correctly identified my 2005 3520 serial number.

Dealer will know for sure.

Actually I don't have a dealer yet because I just bought the tractor last week from a private owner. So I emailed the closest JD dealer and I had a response back in less than 5 minutes. I guess it looks like they win for best customer service so far. Good first impressions make all the difference!
Btw.... He says the tractor is a 2009. Thanks everyone for the help.
