3620H price check

About to pull the trigger on a 3620H with BH250 backhoe, the 8ft one. I'll be getting some other extras, but the price for the TLB is $31,900 before tax ... my rate thru Branson i think would be 4.25%. I'll get free delivery (dealer is almost 100 mi away)

It's the first time i've ever bought a tractor or machine ... hows this price looking?


What will add to the price are the extras i'll get which are:

Tires filled, 1 extra hoe bucket, hoe thumb, front bucket tooth bar or single teeth, first maintenance filters, and a dewalt electric grease gun - all from the same dealer. He'll have to give me a final price on each of those. But wanted to see what others had to say on the initial base price.

Most of these accessories all seem to be around $300-400 each, with the exception of the filters and grease gun.

So for just the tractor, loader, hoe (no additional accessories) ... how does $31,900 look?

It does have the block heater and 4 remotes in the back.

I haven't looked at prices since I bought mine 4 years ago.

I can't say that it sounds bad, with a backhoe.

I was looking on tractor house too. I think it’s a fair price, and where I’m at these are a little hard to find i think

im going to call the dealer tomorrow to tell him all the attachments i want to get a final price, then i will ask him if he has any wiggle room and see where that goes.

it would be nice to get maybe a dewalt grease gun and mechanical thumb thrown in.

He quoted me about $350 for mechanical. He said there’s electronic thumb kits for about $400 and cheaper online.

No mention was made of a hydro thumb.

I just got a 4820R with the BH200 backhoe, BL200 loader with tooth bar, 3rd function and 2 rear remotes for under $33k. I had to pay extra for delivery, but I got a free hat! There wasn't much negotiation-too much demand right now. Did not include 1st filters or a grease gun.

Get a kit of hitch pins and grease fittings. I've already lost a pin and broke grease fittings on my brush hog (after 2 weeks).

Wow that seems like a rock bottom price for that machine..

was it a 2021 or 2020?

It's a 2021. Delivered on March 22. I got it from Midstate Turf and Tractor in Springfield, TN. I also purchased a grapple, bush hog, box blade and equipment trailer.

I think you got a steal ... all the 4820s i've seen on tractor house are 37-39k

I went with this dealer because he took the time to talk to me. He answers my calls and texts. Midstate Turf is about 100 miles north of my place. They do a high volume and pass on the savings. The price was better than a comparable MF 2750e, Kioti DK4510 and LS XR4150. The Branson beat the Kioti and LS on specifications as well. My total package was around $41k and I went with their financing at 4.25%.

What good is a dealer that's only 20 miles away that doesn't care about your business (green and orange). I contacted a MF dealer 30 miles away and never got a response.

Yea i called them today actually! The guy i spoke to was very knowledgeable. The only dealer to mention Bransons having what is essentially a Cummins in it.

their price for the 3620 was actually slightly higher than what my dealer is giving me. They also said I’d have to wait 4-5 months!

so i think I’m happy with the current deal I’ll be getting.

The A series engine was originally designed and made by Onan. Cummins bought the rights, then licensed or sold them to Kukje and bought engines from them for a while. I don't know what changes Cummins made from the original Onan design but Kujke changed the block from dry sleeves to parent bore and changed the head for better cooling.

So it's kind of a Cummins if you assume that their engineers looked at it and fixed anything they found that needed it. Which is probably a reasonable assumption but I've yet to find a document that says so.
