Like that? Then you use a couple of stabilizers (one on each side) to reach to the point where the top link pins to the differential. We use this setup on our 8ns because they don't have a regular drawbar. It would work on any tractor with a 3pt hitch.

Also, they're handy for pulling stuff that's offset from center; you just hitch up on one side or the other to move it closer to the middle.

The things browne is talking about are called drawbar stay staps.

Yeah, "stay straps" that sounds good, though I must say that's a heavy duty "strap".

I know what you are talking about , but don't know what is is called . Basically I just made my own draw bar stabilizer like the one others have showed from Northern Tool . It stops the draw bar from rotating completely , thus If i am pulling my cultipacker , I can also back up with out the drawbar rotating up or down , just gives me more control , like backing a trailer hooked to a auto .

This is the one I got. $55. Works great, just don't jack-knife your trailer too tight, or watch that tongue doesn't hit stabilizer bars if you do:

The one I had seen tied into the drawbar pins on each side instead of being bolted down.

Then that's something different. The one pictured keeps the drawbar from rotating. The stay straps you describe don't. Sounds like you know what you need tho.
