Yes.. since the turnbuckles are from the outside of the arm to the axle, when you pull the implement lift arm pin.. you are sliding the arm off, toward the chain/turnbuckle on that side.. and colapsing the chain.. so yes.. very easy... no sway adjustment or wrench needed to take an implement off.

How do those compair with the ford/NH flexlink system? I've got that on my 5000 and like it... gives each lift arm about 6" front to back play, and a few inches side to side/angle to hook up.. then backup to lock the arms in.

I liked the flex-link deal on my 7700, but both of them gave out - the little cable busted away. Things all look kinda traped together in there, not easy to fix......

My TW-20 has a better design, but hooking up cat 3 equipment just is never easy with pins - for example my 15 row bean planter, with the gauge wheels & 12" wide bean boxes on 15" spaces, there is no room for a person to get to the 3pt arms! Fortunately the cat3N standards are really a standard and most all things fit easily, so a quick hitch was certainly the way to go. Wow there must be stress on that top hook tho when my planter is full of beans & I hit a pot-hole....

I got some Pat's deals for my little 1720, but since I have been moving 5x6 round bales with it, have not installed them yet - takes every bit of power to lift the bales, can't afford moving the bale lift back 3 inches....

I am not familiar with the flexlink, but I see rambler has replied about that. He's also correct that Pat's system moves the lift point back a few inches, but that's not a problem for me.

The Deluxe Boomer hitch (without Pat's Easy Change) already provided the side to side and forward backward adjustability. For me, Pat's added the 'lift to lock' feature.
