<font color="blue"> Is there any company of Compact tractor that makes a 3pt hitch with down pressure?? maybe this seems like a dumb question, but using a post hole digger in some soils, this would help alot. It would also help with a rear blade in some circumstances.

Not to my knowledge. /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif
There are several manufacturers of post hole augers that attach to the FEL bucket and run with hydraulics. You would then have power down.
This is not a 3pt like you specifically asked about, but our Power Trac has power down on the front lift arms. That is where all the implements attach. There is someone over in the Power Trac forum that has a larger model than mine and has done over 70 holes in an hour. I think it included an auger change, too.
I think this goes to to design of CUTs being all wrong for most homeowner needs. To me, mowing, snow plowing, FEL work, forklift, brush hog, snow blowing, leaf removal... all typical homeowner tasks, are better accomplished with the implements out front, where you can see them. Most homeowners have no need to pull a plow through the earth, where the 3pt setup works great. A scraper blade would also probably work better on the back. Maybe the ideal machine would be similar to the Power Trac, but with a 3pt on the rear.
I really like what some folks do with putting a skid steer quick attach on the FEL of their CUT. That looks like a very versatile setup, as well.
