Basically, there are two types of 3P hydraulic systems of a tractor.
One of them is a type which the height of 3P can be controlled by the position of the control lever.
It is called "feed back type"or "position control type" and the valve is linked by a feedback rod from 3P.
Almost "common" tractor has such system.
On the other hand, there is a more simple system.
It does not have feed-back system, the valve has only three positions. up, down and neutral.
Most of sub-compact tractor has such system except of very few model.
I think it is normal that such a sound occurs when a lever is operated between neutral and a raising in order to raise 3P slowly ,since the valve of such a type does not have a "inching" zone.
Most valves for FEL have an inching function.
Even if its appearance is only an simple 3 position type.
