Loader 3rd Function valve kit

After reading about all the benefits of a grapple I ordered one last week fo my 2010 DK40 SE. I was ready to pull the trigger on the everything attachment grapple but stumbled on the MTL brand on eBay. The user ratings are very high for MTL but I realize the grapple is not in the same class as the EA, but for a weekend warrior it should be more than adequate and it痴 $1500 less. After reading information about grapple control options on this site it seems the third function valve is the best option. I致e looked at the WR Long kit through EA for $950 ( since the Kioti is 17 gpm) and also looking at the Summit kit which is about $550. Their kit is universal and I will have to order the hoses later after taking measurements which will add about $100 or so to the total cost. Do you have any experience with Summit or have a recommendation as the best way to proceed from here. Thanks so much.

Hello! I have the MTL grapple and the Kioti branded third function for my NX4510. I'd probably get the grapple again...see my review here. I made this review because every other video showed the MTL grapple being used, but no actual close ups of build quality or anything like that.

I have the Kioti brand third function. The third function works, but the installation instructions were.....poor. I do NOT recommend for a self-install until Kioti learns they need to hire someone with actual English speaking skills to translate manuals for them. Unfortunately, I have no opinion on the other third function options you mentioned.

My experience with the Kioti branded third function kit was the same as justman's. The kit is decent enough but the instructions are poor at best.
I had to trim one of the brackets for one hard line and my 2610 did not have the power plug they said it did.
Its expensive...

Save yourself a lot of money and run two lines up from your rear remotes if you have them. You can add a small bracket where your loader disconnects are for a set of disconnects just in case you remove the loader. Total cost for mine was just under $270.00 for 4 hoses and four disconnects.
