Had a weird thing happen when I was mowing yesterday. I was sitting under a tree taking a break and getting some water with the tractor idling and I think the PTO off. The engine acted like it had misfired (and yes I know there are no spark plugs), but didn't die or backfire, just dipped in sound for a split second then continued on. It did it a couple more times throughout the mowing process when idling.
Later in the afternoon I took the brush hog off and put an auger on, throughout the process, it was idling and had no issues. What could it have been?
