Well, I'm happy to be updating my situation today, Mr. Startz called me this evening and it seems with his help, Mahindra is honestly trying to address concerns like mine. I was beginning to wonder, hadn't heard anything for a couple weeks, but I guess he's really had his hands full getting this show on the road. If all happens as we discussed on the phone this evening, my issues will be resolved and I'll be a satisfied Mahindra owner again !! They are supposed to be sending me the additional FEL brackets that are on the later model tractors so hopefully along with my proper installation of the new bolts, I won't have that problem again. Since my repairs, I've put another 70 hours on my tractor and all seems to be OK with it. I do alot of loader work, and now I have the new 72" bucket with quick-attach, my original bucket was only 60", big difference in capacity. As stated in my original post, I had fantastic service from my tractor those 3 years until this problem arose, I'm hoping I'll continue to get that same service out of it for years to come, only time will tell. I sure hope Mahindra keeps on this track they seem to be taking, they really need to get all of their employees onboard like Mr. Startz and try to serve their customers like they would want to be served. Sure, I was irritated with the problem with my tractor but I repaired that myself and got over it, the lack of interest and/or support from Mahindra was what really got me mad. If they will correct that major flaw, they will probably continue to do very well in the USA. I've noticed on the forum that I have a new dealer that's a little closer to me, in Okeechobee, Fl., I'll have to strike-up a relationship with them - they are only a little over an hour and a half or so drive for me, much better than 4 or 5 hours. Hopefully they can offer good service & support and address any future concerns etc. I may have with Mahindra. I'm also in the market for a root grapple for my FEL & hydraulic links for my boxblade - maybe they have a good deal?
