4115 Stalling

After reading your last post, a safety switch comes to my mind also.
Especially when you said that when you put it in gear, is stalled again. Maybe check the neutral safety switch on the gearshift also.

Dealer agrees it's probably the seat switch. I could not get it to fail today. I'm carrying a jumper wire for when, or if, it occurs again. If it does, I'll make sure it will start but cuts out as soon as I shift to gear, hopefully hold it on the slope with brake, bucket, and backhoe, jump the connections and see if it will go in gear without stalling. This is one of those intermittent problems that may take a while to be sure of the cause, and cure. If, and when, I'm sure what it is, I'll post the failure and correctiive action.
