I wish they'd go back to the configuration like mine where they used a stock Kohler muffler exiting straight out the back. The only thing I don't care for in my design is the placement of the battery under the muffler. Hey. I guess there is something I don't like about my machine. Gotta go post that in the other thread. :laughing:

Lol, i added the heat shield when my nephew made a muffler out of a fire extinguisher, it hung down a little too close the the tire. That thing got flipping hot, and started to soften the tire, so the heat shield. I might take it off, as it's not needed now, but....
