430 Loader Level Indicator

Anyone happen to have a picture of one of these installed on their loader? I don't have one and am wondering if it is something I should get.

I installed my 460 loader myself and the rod fits flush with the tube when level, never cut it. I had always assumed this is the way they were meant to be since every backhoe I have ever used worked the same way.

Come to think of it, our old NH 1720 (7308) loader manual also said to cut it off flush but the dealer delivered it long. I tried using it with a mark on it for a while, but it was too hard to see when it was dark out so I ended up cutting that one too.

Mine fits flush like 4610's. I think you would like it because it helps a lot when plowing and trying to figure out what angle you bucket is at. They are only 25 bucks so it's worth a try. Easy installation too.

Mine on my 430 loader is the same as the 460 pictures. The top surface of the indicator rod is painted red, so it's pretty easy to see when you're level.

This is the same setup that is on my 3130. My instructions said to cut it flush at level. I calibrated mine uo and donw 30 degrees, now I can put the buket in any position.
