435 jd round baler tying 3' bales!!!!

Help please, our 435 is tying 3' bales. Any help on this please!!!

Yes it did good last year, first bale throwed out a 3 footer will do it very time unless I push pump idler down to latch it back

Changed out the 5 springs today no difference

I have no experience operating a round baler, but there has to be an adjustment somewhere.

As I stated on another forum tying mechanism is not relatching after hay is ejected and rear gate is closed so as soon as enough hay enters chamber to tighten the twine pump belt spring to put tension on pump belt then pump starts turning causing twine arm to cycle.
