For sure you can use the mid and rear PTOs at the same time. I have a 4300. Use a 60" MMM and a Trac Vac that runs on the rear PTO. You can run the rear without the mid but not the Mid without the rear. Works great cleaning flower beds with a long hose. The only problem I can see would be on the HP to run two mowers. The 4410 has a little more HP than the 4300, but the rear seem to get more of the HP than the mid PTO. I don't have a PTO mower. Hope this helps.
