4520r chains?

Chains that fit on the rear tire of a 4520r?
The fender looks to be toooooo close to the tire for chains to fit?

A lack of information here;
tire type and size and a few pictures.
Also the style of chain to be used and the speed it will be used at will all effect it.

if you travel slow clearances can be minimal the faster you go the more you need,
also this style of chain needs less then many others.

Size on side wall 16.9 x 24
Distance between tire tread and fender is 3/8”
Industrial tires

That certainly would not seem to be sufficient clearance for chains,
are your rims adjustable?
Is that to the fender lip or to the inside of the fender.
If it's to the inside can your rims be reversed to increase the clearance.
I had to move the rims from one side of the tractor to the other and space them out to have decent clearance on my 8050.

What is the air pressure in your tires? I run mine about 18 psi on the rears. Tires are loaded.

That is the lip, but it is in the center of the tire
No rim adjustments will fix that
My real alternative is to cut the lip off the fender.

No idea the tire pressure yet. Not had time to check them.
Want to get them filled...again no time yet.

you have the largest R-4s for that series tractor they have two packages with smaller tires.

Finally had a chance to check. 25 psi on rear and front tires.
Max psi is 35 for the tire, but the center of the tire seems much higher then the edges.
