Any suggestions my emax22 4wd will not engage due to 4wd and hi low levers being stuck together

Is it normal for the levers to be stuck together on this model? If not you should consider investigating why yours are hung up. Your dealer may be able to offer some suggestions.

Not normal should move freely

What I did on mine when they were sticking like that was to lube the ends. Down by the shaft coming out of the transmission.

Soaked it with fluid film let everyone know what happens

Sprayed all connections let sit 24hrs no luck

FF wont work .... Try Kano Kroil Penetrating Oil or some other rust busting penetrating spray.....

Picked some up today and got some ideas from dealer, going to try a few things and get back to the feed.

No luck going to have to take it apart, dealer can sell me a new lever with plastic cylinder so it doesn’t happen again 75.00
