5.5 ft Box Blade - Independent Manf. Co.

A fellow at my work has a 5.5 ft box blade made by - Independent Manufacturing Company of Neodesha, KS. I haven't gone to look at it yet, but I thought I would try here to see if any one had one or used one. I'm guessing it is older. He said that it doesn't have any ripper teeth but they could be ordered from Agri-Supply for $11 each. He is asking $200. Any thoughts? Thanks.

I also have the same box blade and it works great for me and yes it is an older box blade
