50 Hours On My L2800

Realizing that some time in the near future your L2800 will be in the shop for the 3-point valve change I would want Kubota filters to be installed. Buying your Kubota filters would be a good time to meet in person your service manager also. You will notice a remarkable difference with the new valve.

ChiefMasterSarge,

I bought my fluid and filters from the local dealer here in Waco, Tipton International. But I don't think I got any special price or anything. One cost difference might be that the b2910 only requires a 5 gallon bucket of UDT, whereas your 2800 might need more.

Yes you are right. I need 8 gal Trans, 6 oil, 5 for front axle. My dealer believe it or not told me to buy Rottela lube and Kubota filters.

Chef,
On your steering you want to turn the wheel when moving when you have a full load in the FEL.
The FEL will drop rather quick if you push the stick to open the valve all the way, it is designed to drop fast in case you NEED it too and you might need it to do just that some day...I know I did once /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif

Since you have a DT, you probably can get by with UDT. SUDT has lower kinematic viscosity (45 cSt) than UDT (60 cSt) and apparently works better with HST tractors.
