At this point, open the pipe plug on the odd shaped option cover under the seat. If you have oil there and no 3pt, then there are a few possibilities.

1, stuck unloaded valve

2, bad backpressure valve (associated with acorn nut on right side center section )

3, gets tricky from here.. Could be holed piston, bad relief, massive oil leak on the valve block on the cyl, blown out gasket especially.

we did take that plug out and ran motor but no fluid came out ---even tried the blow in the dip stick hole to see if fluid would come out --nothing--if fluid is coming out of the pipe plug on top of pump that means my pump is working,-- correct, the system seamed to have 90 weight fluid in it and I read where the seals leak thru and it is alright to run hydraulic fluid in all three units to avoid any problems--is there any videos on working on the unload valve or back pressure valve system

Hyd oil would sure not be advised. The transmission and rear end will wear out prematurely.

A quality UTF oil can be run in all 3 compartments however.

Hmm, oil at top of pump, but not under seat.

Look where the hyd lines attach under the tractor, on the side of the center housing will be a pipe plug, possibly inverted head, this should roughly be in line with the option cover on the hyd top cover.

Pull that plug and see if you have oil there with the pump going.

If yes, but none up top, you are loosing it between that galley, which is past the relief valve ( relief is right above where the oil lines hit the center section ).

Possibilities are a ruptured stand pipe or bad oring at top cover to center section.. Oil travels up the pipe, the the top cover till it hits that cover and the valving under it. Not much between that top plug and the bottom plug but oil path.. No valves..

ok I will have to do it this weekend when I have time, and I will get back with you and let you know, thanks for all the help-- Dan

when removing the top cover are there going to be any surprises, does the top just lift off after removing the arms, any forks or rods that I need to watch for that fit into sleeves like a truck transmission has--also will I need a top cover gasket or will silicone work

ok we removed the plug on the side like you said and started the tractor and fluid started to come out even before the plug was out all the way so I tighten it back up I then removed the top cover and started the tractor and fluid came out of the hole like OLD FAITHFULL so I shut the tractor off and thought I have fluid at the pump plug, fluid at the side plug, no fluid coming out the top plug but yet fluid coming out the hole when the cover is off --should I have gone and put my thumb over the hole to restricted the flow to see if there was a split in the pipe or a bad o-ring seal ? I did take the piston out of the cylinder to see if it was a 3 ring older style or the new design and it almost fell out because it only had the rubber oring on it not the leather seal --BINGO THIS IS MY PROBLEM RIGHT

ok I took the plug loose on the bottom of the case and oil started to come out with the motor running so I tighten it back up, so I have fluid at the pump, at the bottom plug but not at the top plug, so I removed the top cover and lift arms and started the tractor and fluid came out of the hole like OLD FAITHFULL, I drained the case and all the slug out and took the piston out of the cylinder and it only had the rubber oring on it BINGO this is my problem right the leather ring was missing or is it possible that the tube is cracked and because there was no restriction on it the fluid came out the top maybe I should of put my finger over the hole to try and hold the fluid and see if the pipe was cracked or the oring was missing on the tube

I hope you backed out the backpressure valve under the acorn nut before you took the top cover off.

and yes, if you can get oil at the top port on the center housing, you might put a little pressure on it with a tool other than your fingers.. it could have a bad relief in the base of the sump, or leak before it gets to the top of the casting.

On the piston, it should have had an oring and a leather gasket. if it nearly fell out, then no way it would work. the oring fit by itself should be enough of an interference fit that it should be quite stiff to push in or pull out by hand.

You really should be referring to your repair manual fo-19 before wrenching on these.

Under the acorn nut is a screwdriver slotted valve, it seats against parts that lift out when you remove the top cover, backing it off keep it from being damaged. It has a little pipe off of it down into the sump. With sump open you should see it on the right side. Basically, the backpressure valve keeps about 40psi to the unloader valve to keep it alive and responsive. With no Bp, the unloader valve really won't do much.

I bought a manuel, I don't see any thing wrong with the valve, some one has been in here before me because a pin has been replaced with a bolt and 2 nuts and the nut and washer that holds the back pressure valve tube to the side of the case is missing. will be putting it all back together this weekend
