I am looking for a 55+ hp tractor (new or used) that can take a quick change loader and an easy to install snow plow with power raise and angle. I have been looking at a number of manufacturer web site and none seem to meet this criteria. Ebay has a snow plow by Cleveland Equipment that is an add-on that looks pretty good but the details are not clear. They concentrate on skid steers but have a universal mount for compact tractors. Not sure if this is going to be easy. I also want a cab with heat and air but first I need to find a brand that can do what I want. Any help will be appreciated.

Any brand tractor in the 55+ hp range will do what you want ..

Most tractors in this HP range are going to have a SSQA loader interface...except maybe Deere (but you can get one with it). That wont be your issue. For front hydraulic angle you will need 3rd function to operate to be sure to get that installed. The power raise will be from the FEL right? Lots of brands out there for plows. I would narrow the field on the machine first then talk to those dealers about plow options. I am getting a BOSS plow on my RTV, but they make them for tractors as well. Kubota also has a branded plow as I am sure other dealers will as well (or at least options). The type of plow you are looking for will be easy to find, but you may need to shop if you are lean on the price.

What I'd do if I were you is peruse Craigslist and buy a used truck plow and weld the A frame (power angle) to a Bobcat heavy duty attachment plate and go with that. 2 years ago I bought a used local county plow (which is a bit bigger than a 55 horse tractor can handle) for 800 bucks, added the plate and was good to go. You will need 3rd function on the loader to run the power angle however.

All I did was add hydraulic hoses to my rear remotes and fabbed up a mount on the front loader cross tube to carry 2 Pioneer female quick couplings. I did add another set at the loader couple point so I can dismount the loader and leave everything intact. I use my rear remotes to angle the plow.

I think I have about a grand in it complete.

i took a meyers 8.5' plow on a reinforced SSQA plate. i didn't weld anything to the plow which allows me to still use it with a truck if necessary. it does put the plow way out front. i run the angle off the rear remote. i haven't yet, but want to add a block to stop the upward travel of the plow on the mount and therefore add downforce to the plow

I'm a fan of setting the mount back to reduce the "stickout". Using a chain for floating was one of my requirements, as was a stop block. That allows floating just the weight of the blade, floating the loader arms on the blade for added weight, or even pressing down hard enough to lift the front of the tractor.

Floating just the blade has been sufficient so far. There's also a benefit going that route because the loader arms add weight over the front for traction.
Here is a thread that may be of some use to you:

Wow, I am surprised at all the great replies that I have. I have not found any OE web sites that show a snow plow as an attachment option. Ebay has a few listings with an 8' plow but it is difficult to get further info as to ease of attaching and how they will raise and angle -- factors that are very important to me. Thanks guys.

I have a "factory" 8" SSQA snow plow it works OK, it is hard to float the plow blade as the FEL adds to much weight to it.
The closer coupled truck mount plows that people have done appear to me to be a much better option.
If I had two cabed tractors for winter use I would mount a V plow on one of them, mounted directly to the tractor not on a loader.
Here's mine works but makes for quite a long setup;

They will attach as easy as your bucket does, that said it the mounting plate is full of ice and snow they will not latch in till you clean the mounting plate well.
To angle hydraulic you would need a diverter valve and lines or run from a rear remote.
