While your post does not indicate which series TC you have, if it is a 'B' series I might suggest you check for the 'dampner' (for lack of a better descritption) that is mounted on an angle stop on both front sides at the frame just inside and back from the shocks. It looks like a black 'hockey puck' and is approx. 1/2 inch thick and 3 to 4 inches around. It acts like a 'stop' not unlike the frame stops on a truck. I have had three of these come loose or fall completely off on my units. They are not easy to locate unless you know what you are looking for. The part is not expensive, but a slight pain to install as you will need an alen wrench that is not too long on the 'short' end. If memory serves me, I believe I had to grind down the alen to get it to fit between the bolt head and top of frame. Based on past experience, I would use locktite...
There is one other possibility, but that one results in the front axle 'shifting' with one side of the front axle showing more 'daylight' between rear of wheel well on one side, and less on the other side. Hope this is making sense...
