I have a ih 574 with the 3.9. It has a loader on it and connections for a remote on the back. It looks like the hydraulic lines that are connected to the remote in the back run up to the front end loader. Was this the normal way to run a fel on a tractor that normally didn稚 come with one. And if that is a remote does that mean I can disconnect the lines that leave the remote to the fel and run an implement with the remote using the 2 leavers that I normally run the fel with? Depending on how it's all plumbed I'd doubt it.
When you use the 3 point do you have to move a valve down by your right foot?
If the rear remote is feeding the loader control valves the fluid flow is from the pressure side of the rear to the FEL valve and returning to the tractor by the other remote.
Depending on what valve was installed on the 574,most of them were two directional control with a float position,
all the way down was float, back one notch (detent) was retract, back one more was stop, back or up to the last was extend.
Retract and extend just being directions of a remote cylinder which could be reversed, by flipping the remote connections.

I’ll have to check on the plumbing I just realized it last night. The only reason I started to get curious is it was my paps tractor and he has a 3 bottom plow with it and the 3 bottom plow has haydraulics on it for tilting it side to side and was wondering how he used the hydraulics on it. That was the biggest tractor he owned when he farmed all the other tractors were smaller and I don’t think he would of used the plow with them because even the 574 can struggle with that plow

It seems like those 574s always had different loaders on them. I’ve never seen 2 that were alike

It was a world series tractor, many were made in England and shipped all over.
My 574 was a skid shipped tractor with the 4 point canopy on it.
Many of the US models had a 2500 model loader mounted but many different ones are used.

They were all built in Doncaster, England. There certainly were a variety of loaders used on them.

I think factory installed loaders used power beyond to supply hydraulic oil to the loader valve.

It seem that loaders installed after delivery often used the rear remotes to supply hydraulic oil to the loader valve.
