83 is a fairly ripe old age - makes you think doesn't it?
So many more "studies" saying wholesome food is bad,,,, There must something wrong/unsafe with food that can be grown by regular people, (sometimes for free). Studies on chemical additives that make food cheaper to produce in much larger qtys are not very interesting anyway, right? And of course they're all dangerous in high concentrations so who even cares anymore. Other than you eat them all day every day.
Chemicals increase shelf life (warehouse life too) so that's good, right? Everybody's gotta make a living, even mega corporations (who run the local farms& dairies out of business). There are studies that say additives are bad, but how can they get drowned out by the "wholesome food is bad" noise? Is it to confuse us, keep us yakking about "good food bad" and keep buying (or not afraid of) the chemical ingredients?
What would "Money" do ?
