Dan---Sorry this is late, been busy with my R/c heli for a few weeks.
But here is what I think but don’t forget I am no chemical engineer only a mechanical. Since I had a Powertroke for some years and had oil tests done each year this is what I think.
Keep an eye on your Iron, It is not high but I would rather see it around 5 to 8 ppm. I also do not know the miles on the engine.
#2 Silicon could be a tad lower but maybe a dirty air filter. Again nothing to worry about but I would just double check the filter.
#3 The Calcium looks very good but the Mg looks WAY to low. I would have expected to see it around 300 ppm but something is up.
#4 Phosphorus is low but I think the limit for an API approved oil is like 1100 or 1200 ppm.
#5 what is the OXD, viscosity and NOX level? This is good to know how the oil is holding up. I would assume (which is bad) that they would be low due to the high TBN but again I do not like to assume.
#6 it looks to me like this is almost the same #’s as Delo oil.
#7 is there any Fuel in the oil? Due to just ideling the engine? How about Soot/Soliids?
It looks pretty good and I would go longer but that is me.
