Replaced transmission pump for the second time this spring after tractor sat for a couple years. Last time I replaced front valve housing as the input bearing holder was destroyed when the input shaft came disconnected from the engine. This broke the gears in the pump. I thought the front cover was ok but I believe the bearing was able to move enough to break pump gears again. So , new front cover, gears and pump housing. Seamed to work ok till I needed to back up after running forward for a while.(electric reverser) after going into neutral it would not stay in forward or reverse until it sat for several minutes. If round baling I back up every few minutes and it will work fine. Not sure what that is. I changed what I believe is neutral pressure valve on bottom,next to solenoids, and no change. Last time I round baled with it, the clutch stopped doing anything. I have checked a bunch of pressure. No lights on dash. Pto still works. Goes in and out of 4wd.
Clutch cooling 24psi
Trans lube 24psi
-goes up to 27psi when forward or reverse
-drops to 22 psi when pto engaged
-drops to 20 psi then comes right back when moving power shift lever to any gear (1234)
-drops to 20 when shifting out of 4wd doesn’t change shifting into 4wd
System pressure 165psi at 2000rpm
Clutch pressure mostly at 0 psi. If I move clutch up and down a bunch of times the pressure will come up to 12 psi with peddle almost all of way up. Will hold that pressure if let off peddle. Drops to 0 if push peddle down.
Hoping someone can give me some direction.

Forgot to mention that oil seems to be getting very hot

Hot oil can be caused by defective air pump inside of the transmission pump. There is a plunger, piston, spring, ball and guide that builds air pressure in the front cover area to keep oil pushed back in transmission. If oil level gets too high in that front housing, the oil churns too much and creates heat. That shouldn’t affect the clutch operation. Are you getting any transmission codes?

When line is pulled off pump I show 20” suction. I can easily blow through hose to back of transmission. I found the problem with the clutch. The roll pin attaching lever on side of transmission is missing. Not in a handy place to replace.

Where is the temp sensor? Guessing it’s not working since I have seen no light on dash when non contact is showing 245° on top of block by scv

Only lack of clutch. Still have not solved overheating or not staying in forward/reverse

After mowing for 45 minutes this morning it would not stay in forward or reverse. rcu codes 17 and 67

17 = does not effect tractor operation
45 = direction selected, enable solenoid still closed
27 = enable pressure switch indicates no pressure
56 = reverser lever not in neutral when started
55 = enable solenoid stuck in closed position
32 = park position, but neutral signal missing
40 = forward & reverse switches open, but not neutral switch closed
57 = transmission enable voltage too low during operation
