69 sears hydrotrac value

Hey you guys I just came acrost a 69 sears hydro trac 12 on CL . says it runs and mows, looks to be all there. They want 300. or bro. seems kind of rare . I dont ever recall seeing one. Is there a collectors market for these units or is it goin to be a 500.00 $ tractor no mater how nice it is fixed up?Thanks guys , John
